Author Guidelines

The requirements are based upon the current standards of the publishing industry, the requirements of the Higher Attestation Comission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to the peer-reviewed journals, the requirements of SCOPUS.

Submission Requirements

The manuscript and supplementary files should be submitted to the Editorial Board of the journal in the form of files (one or several) through a special download form on the website.

Manuscript guidelines

The article is supposed to be made strictly in accordance with the requirements set out below and carefully proofread. The text of the article should not exceed 10 pages of A4 format (including references, charts, tables, etc.). In individual cases by the decision of the editorial board publication of a larger volume is allowed.

Requirements for registration of copyright material

The text of the article and the references should be typed in a text editor (14 pt font size, Times New Roman font family) and saved in RTF format. The extra information (including references, charts, tables, etc.) should be typed in a text editor (12 pt font size). Images in JPG, ТIFF, ВМР, РСХ files and others compatible with Microsoft Word should be presented in separate files. We accept submissions strictly online, via the form available at our website.

Pages should be numbered at the upper centre.

Page margins should be: left margin – 2.5 cm, bottom and top margins – 2 см, right margin – 1.5 cm; line spacing – 1.5, line spacing of the references – 1.

Manuscript composition requirements

1. UDC must be specified in the upper left corner.

2. Full name of the author(s) should be written in full.

3. Title of the article should be accurately reflect the content of the work. Do not use contracted forms and abbreviations. Best article titles bear short, clear and distinctive messages.

4. Abstract. The abstract should follow the structure of the article (relevance, degree of exploration of the problem, the goal, the main results, conclusion) and characterize the theoretical and practical significance of the study results. The abstract should not contain wording echoing the title, cumbersome grammatical structures and abbreviations. The text should be written in scientific style.

All abbreviations must be disclosed (in spite of the fact that they will be disclosed in the main text of the article), references to the numbers of publications from reference list are not required.

The text of the abstract should to be associated with the use of the words “consequently”, “for example”, “as a result.” Avoid the use of unnecessary introductory phrases (eg, “the author of the article considers...”, “The article presents...” and so on).

The volume of abstracts depends on the content of the article, but should not be less than 850 words.

5. Keywords (at least 5-7) contribute articles indexed in the search engines. They must meet the pairs in Russian and English.

6. The body of the text. The text of the article should start with an introduction where the paper’s significance, the studies aim, materials, methods, results are mentioned,  discussion, conclusion, or conclusions. This is followed by the results of the study, discussion, conclusion, or conclusions.

7. The names of the authors of the article are given in Latin alphabet according to one of the standards of transliteration (Russian words in English letters). Translated title of the article should be on a separate line and highlighted graphically.

8. Article title. Title in English should be fully consistent with the meaning of the Russian-speaking title and competently compiled from the point of view of the English language.

9. English text of the abstract (volume 200–250 words). English language version of the summary of the article should be within the meaning and structure of the Russian-speaking fully comply with and in order to avoid distortion of the basic concepts it is desirable to have the corresponding English terms.

10. Keywords. English-language keywords should be on a separate line.

11. Information about the author is based after the text of the article or as a separate document (file). It should contain: full name of the author(s); academic degree and rank; position of the author, a complete (unabridged) name of the department, organization, (all in that order) - is necessary to bring the official full name of the institution (unabridged); phone number, е-mail, postal address.
