Abstract

The article identifies the main world tendencies of digitalization of execution proceeding that were tested at the national legal systems level. Modern doctrine of foreign countries execution proceeding is actively used. The article formulates a request to take into account the achievements of the world legal community in the context of possible reception of individual trends of the Global Digital Enforcement Code. The conclusion is formulated about the limited use of digitalization opportunities in modern Russian execution proceeding.
