Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of providing legal assistance by legal clinics. Special attention is paid to the types of assistance provided. Based on the study the author determines the possibility of student –consultants’ representation in legal clinics. The legal requirements for students providing free legal assistance are being considered. It is concluded that legal clinics actively improve the legal competence and legal development of young people, pensioners and other members of society.
