Abstract

The article examines the development of forensic tasks in the field of occupational health and safety. It analyzes the evolution of expert activity from purely retrospective tasks (identifying causes and violations) to the implementation of an independent and methodologically sound preventive function. The article consistently argues that forensic expertise of labor protection, initiated after an incident, should systematically address the task of developing measures to prevent similar violations in the future. The article explores the theoretical foundations, methodological tools and practical significance of this approach.
